These terms apply when you buy from or use Tajribati | تجربتي (tajrobati.net). By buying or opening any product, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. Tajribati | تجربتي is an online store based in Doha, Qatar. It sells digital guides and online courses for mothers and families.
2. Digital products. Products are delivered online inside the store, not shipped. You open them through your account, using the email you gave at checkout.
3. Personal use only. Your purchase is for you alone. You may not share your login, or copy, record, screenshot, download, resell, publish or send the content to others, in full or in part.
4. If content is shared. If we find that a product has been shared or copied, we may close the access without a refund.
5. Experience, not advice. The guides and courses share the store owner's personal experience as a mother. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a doctor or specialist. What worked for one family may not work for another.
6. Prices and payment. Prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR). You pay with the methods shown at checkout, processed by licensed payment providers. We never see or keep your full card details.
7. Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund policy: no refunds once a course, guide or any of its material has been opened.
8. Ownership. All texts, videos, designs, the name «تجربتي» and its logo belong to Tajribati | تجربتي.
9. Changes. We may update a course to improve it, and we may update these terms. The newest version is always on this page.
10. Responsibility. You decide how to use what you learn. As far as Qatari law allows, we are not responsible for the results of decisions made based on the content.
11. Law. These terms follow the laws of the State of Qatar.
